FIELD: food, perfume-cosmetic industry, medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: milled marine brown algae are extracted 3-4-fold with water by countercurrent method at temperature 20-60oC. Extract is separation by filtration and the end product is precipitated with ethyl alcohol in consumption of absolute ethyl alcohol 0.7-1.1 ml per 1 ml of extract.
