FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, chewing gum comprising polymeric surfactants including polyphosphates. ^ SUBSTANCE: chewing gum includes at least 10% of base comprising at least one elastomer, resins or waxes and mixtures thereof. Also, chewing gum includes from 0.1% to 50% of linear polyphosphate with length of chain of at least four phosphate groups. Linear phosphate is solid material produced in the form of particles with water solubility at 250C of at least 5 g/ml. Chewing gum of such composition imparts improved feeling of clean mouth cavity and sensation of smooth tooth surface. Chewing gum has "crunchy" consistency at initial chewing time, said consistency disappearing with time without leaving sandy remains. ^ EFFECT: increased quality of chewing gum. ^ 10 cl, 2 tbl |
