<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a degreasing method whereby a ceramic laminate, e.g. a laminated ceramic capacitor, can be degreased while inhibiting the occurrence of cracks at the end surface in degreasing and without embrittling the ceramic laminate. <P>SOLUTION: The degreasing method comprises the first step of preparing a ceramic laminate by laminating a plurality of unfired ceramic layers containing an organic component containing a plasticizer, the second step of removing the plasticizer by heating the ceramic laminate while compressive stress in the lamination direction is being applied to the ceramic laminate, and the third step of removing the remaining organic component by heating the ceramic laminate without applying compressive stress thereto. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
