FIELD: building materials, in particular for decorative and insulating coats and building construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: framed sawdust concrete is obtained from mixture containing liquid glass and plant-origin filler. Frame with void index of approximately 92 % is obtained by forming and curing of mixture containing (kg/m3): liquid glass 40-60; buckwheat straw with particle size of 2-4 cm and oar shuck as a filler; and in addition fine grinded quartz sand 10; and water 30; followed by impregnation with aerated mortar mix of composition (kg/m3): alabaster 61; white cement 27.5; flask with reactivity to oxide 22; calcium at least 220 mg/g; foaming agent 0.3; water 112; and curing. Finished body has bulk mass of 280-315 kg/m3; compression strength of 4-5 kgf/m2; and heat conduction coefficient of 0.072 W/(m.K). ^ EFFECT: material with improved strength and reduced water absorption. ^ 2 tbl |
