PURPOSE: A functional solid reinforcement sheet member is provided to execute a waterproofing work simply by forming a waterproof layer evenly and having excellent waterproof and adiabatic effects, to form a waterproof layer having excellent firmness, contractibility, hair crack resistance and crack resistance and to secure heat insulation effect and economical efficiency by adding waterproofness and thermal insulation on a functional solid reinforcement sheet. CONSTITUTION: The functional solid reinforcement sheet member(30) contains a floor sheet(100), a projection formation unit(110) provided with many projections formed on the floor sheet(100) at the same height, a polyester sheet(200) adhered to the base of the floor sheet(100), an adiabatic sheet(300) adhered between the floor sheet(100) and the polyester sheet(200) to have an adiabatic function and made of aluminum, and an adiabatic sheet reinforcement unit adhered between the floor sheet(100) and the adiabatic sheet(300) to heighten the strength of the adiabatic sheet(300) and made of polyethylene synthetic fibers. The liquefied waterproofing method using the functional solid reinforcement sheet member(30) comprises the steps of applying liquefied waterproof agents on the base for a structure, fixing a functional solid reinforcement sheet member on the upper part of the applied liquefied waterproof agents, and forming a waterproof layer by placing liquefied waterproof agents on an upper projection formation unit of the fixed functional solid reinforcement sheet member(30).
