摘要 PURPOSE: A power supply circuit is provided to suppress the variation of an output voltage under the condition of load variation by improving transient response, and also to reduce unnecessary power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A differential amplifier(1) supplies a control voltage according to the difference between a reference voltage and a feedback voltage according to an output voltage. An output current control device(3) supplies an output current according to the control voltage supplied from the differential amplifier. An output line(L1) supplies the output current to a load. A feedback line(L2) is connected to the output line, and feeds the voltage of the output line back to the differential amplifier as the feedback voltage. And a sink current generation circuit is connected between the feedback line and a ground, and generates a sink current and increases the control voltage using the sink current.
