摘要 PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for increasing sintered ore recovery ratio and improving quality of sintered ore by rotating rotary blades in such a shape that the rotary blades are buried in blended raw material, thereby securing air-permeability of blended raw material charged into sintering car while suppressing formation of adhesion ore. CONSTITUTION: In a bottom suction type sinter machine for proceeding sintering operation by air sucked from the bottom side after igniting blended raw material charged into a sintering car, the apparatus for securing air-permeability of blended raw material in the sinter machine comprises a rotary shaft(20) longitudinally formed in a width direction of the sintering car and rotatably mounted on a facility frame with being installed at an area where the blended raw material is charged into the sintering car; several rotary blades fixed to the rotary shaft with being disposed in a certain distance along a length direction of the rotary shaft; and a rotary means for rotating the rotary shaft, wherein the rotary means comprises pinions(50) connected to the rotary shaft, and racks(14) engaged with the pinions and formed on the side walls of the sintering car(10) and extended along a length direction of the sintering car.
