PURPOSE: A sexual implement is provided which includes nano-sized silver having excellent anti-bacterial, sterilizing efficacy to promote user's health by preventing sexually transmitted diseases. CONSTITUTION: The sexual implement comprises: a body having a wall made of a mixture of a base material(50) and nano-sized silver(60); and a protective layer formed by laminating or coating nano-sized silver(60) on the outer surface of the body.
