PURPOSE: A device and a method for removing an audio noise by using a wavelet transform function are provided to convert audio data inputted through an external input port into an ASCII code, and to remove an audio noise by performing a wavelet transform process for the converted ASCII code, thereby outputting the audio data as a high-quality audio sound at the request of a user. CONSTITUTION: An audio signal processor(10) converts an audio signal into digital audio data. An audio precision unit(20) converts audio data inputted through the audio signal processor(10) or audio data inputted through an external input port into an ASCII code. A wavelet transform algorithm unit(30) removes a noise included in the audio data of the ASCII code by performing a wavelet transform process.
