EXHAUST CHECK VALVE OF A VEHICLE VACUUM PUMP FOR REDUCING RESISTING POWER BY CLOSELY CONTACTING A VALVE BODY TO AN OPENING UNIT OF A CHECK VALVE BODY AND PREVENTING GREAT STRESS FROM BEING APPLIED

PURPOSE: An exhaust check valve of a vehicle vacuum pump is provided to use a compact swing-type valve without stress, to easily attach, and to decrease the exhaust resistance. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust check valve disposed in an exhaust port of a vehicle vacuum pump to pass only fluid flowing in a first direction from an inlet(1a) of the exhaust port to an outlet(1b) is composed of a check valve body(2) sealed and fixed on the inner wall of the exhaust port; a support member(4) projected from the check valve body toward the first direction; and a valve body(3) freely swinging about the support member. The valve body is contacted to an opening unit(2a) by self-weight to seal the opening unit and swung in the first direction by the fluid flowing in the first direction to open the opening unit. The valve body is swung in a second direction and contacted to the opening unit by the fluid flowing in the second direction from the outlet of the exhaust port to the inlet to shut the opening unit.
