<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reject an input of a malicious structured document out of structured documents in a general-purpose format with great flexibility. <P>SOLUTION: When a structured document 2a is input, an input data restriction apparatus 1 compares the structure of the input structured document 2a with flexibility restrictions 1a (Step S1). If the input structured document 2a does not meet the flexibility restrictions 1a, the input data restriction apparatus 1 records error information 1b in association with a client 2 having sent the input structured document (Step S2). Once the error information 1b associated with the client 2 meets a given condition, the computer rejects a later input of a structured document 2b from the client 2 (Step S3).
