<p>An air-conditioner equipped with a self balancing rotor heat exchanger and a self balancing method thereof are provided to prevent vibration and noise by operating a lifting unit to regulate balance when the detection value of the sensor exceeds a specific level. An air-conditioner comprises an intake part(1), an air mixing part(2), a heat exchange part(3), an exhaust part(4) and a rotor heat exchanger(24). The rotor heat exchanger includes four lifting units supporting the edges, two or more tilt sensors(245) measuring the modified angle information, a controller regulating the height of the lifting units, and a sealing member for sealing the gap between the rotor heat exchanger and a rotor heat exchanger case(51).</p> |
