<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively convert the wind energy of all direction winds into the rotation energy of a windmill. <P>SOLUTION: A wind turbine generator for all wind directions is provided with a vertical rotating shaft 4, a plurality of vertical straight vanes 6 attached to the vertical rotating shaft via supporting arms 5a and 5b, and parallelling the vertical rotating shaft, and a plurality of horizontal vanes 7 radially attached with respect to the vertical rotating shaft, and a generator 2 converting the rotational energy of the vertical rotating shaft into the electric energy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
