<p>PURPOSE: A chemical landfill cover for solid waste landfill is provided, which has excellent rainfall runoff draining effect and prevent a landfill gas from passing through the landfill cover. CONSTITUTION: The chemical landfill cover is a mixture of waste newspaper 1 wt.%, short fiber 1 to 10 wt.%, leachate 9 to 28 wt.%, fly ash 35 to 40 wt.%, and cement 35 to 40 wt.%.</p> |
