<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic switching spring magnet that has a large degree of anisotropy, a large squareness ratio, and a high maximum energy product. <P>SOLUTION: The anisotropic switching spring magnet contains at least three phases of R<SB>2</SB>Fe<SB>14</SB>B phase, α-Fe phase, and R-Cu phase; and the composition formula of the magnet is expressed by R<SB>x</SB>Fe<SB>100-x-y-z</SB>B<SB>y</SB>Cu<SB>z</SB>(wherein, R denotes one, two, or more kinds of rare-earth elements and x, y, and z respectively denote numbers meeting 2≤x≤11, 1≤y≤10, and 0.5≤z≤5). In addition, the composition formula of the R-Cu phase is expressed by R<SB>w</SB>Cu<SB>100-w</SB>(wherein, w denotes a number meeting 5≤w≤60). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
