<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for regenerating a recording medium by which a recording medium such as paper and an OHP film can be easily regenerated, and moreover, recycling of a recording medium can be easily and safely carried out and is adequate for office use. <P>SOLUTION: An image is formed on a recording medium by an image forming apparatus using a developer containing at least two kinds of toners: a first toner which contains a colorant and a first binder resin as a binder resin; and a second toner which contains a second binder resin as a binder resin having the weight average molecular weight lower than that of the first binder resin and contains no colorant.
