<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marking body capable of marking securely the position of a delineator or the like in the day time and at night and its installation structure. <P>SOLUTION: A marking body 1 is constituted of a squadrangular pyramidal base 2 formed of a transparent synthetic resin and a light accumulation layer 4 formed on the bottom face 2d of the base 2, reflection sheets 3/3 formed on two side faces 2a opposing to each other of the base 2 and a light accumulation layer 4 formed on two side faces 2b opposing to each other of a different base 2. The marking body 1 is disposed so that the side faces 2a/2a formed with the reflection sheets 3/3 are disposed to irradiation direction L/L sides of the irradiation light of an outpost light.
