PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide supporting techniques for a medical doctor to diagnose a cardiac disease in cardiomagnetometry.
SOLUTION: In the cardiomagnetometry, magnetism generated from the heart of a subject is measured by a magnetic sensor (84), and the centroid position and the transition vector (wave surface vector) of an excitatory wave surface in a heart muscle excitation propagation process is calculated from the above measured data by an analytical computer 17. With the wave surface vector as a feature parameter, Mahalanobis distance is calculated from the data base of past diagnosis, and possibility (probability) that the subject has the cardiac disease is estimated with Bayes theorem and displayed (83). In addition, the position of the wave surface vector is displayed superposed on a heart picture (88) or the position of the cluster classification of the wave surface vector is displayed (89). In addition, by similarity retrieval (91), another subject whose parameter is the most similar to that of the subject (81) is retrieved from the data base and displayed on a screen.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
