<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To individually determine welding of relays included in a power supply circuit. <P>SOLUTION: An ECU implements a program that include: a step (S112) for connecting an SMR (2) to an SMR (3) in a state that the SMR is blocked; a step (S114) for detecting a voltage V of a capacitor; a step (S116) for determining whether the voltage V of the capacitor rises or not; and a step (S118) for determining that the SMR (1)500 is welded when it is determined that the voltage V of the capacitor rises (YES at the S116). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
