<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio controlled clock capable of quickly indicating a wave reception state and present time, and of improving convenience of a user and executing stable wave reception processing. <P>SOLUTION: The radio controlled clock 1 comprises a wave receiving means 2 for receiving wave information by using an antenna 21, a reception state judging means 32 for judging reception state, a second hand as a time indication means driven by a mechanical drive means and indicating the time, and a control means 3 for driving the time indication means. The control means 3 comprises a reception state indication controller 33 and a hand motion controller 34 for driving the second hand for indicating the wave reception state and the present time synchronizing the reception signal received with the wave reception means and at a timing receiving information unnecessary for the time indication means.
