摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that convenience is insufficient since a work of telephoning a call management system is required when a customer reserves a stores heretofore. <P>SOLUTION: When waiting for a turn at a certain store, a user reads data such as an e-mail address of a mobile phone 1 with a radio tag stored in a radio tag and transmits it to a radio tag reader 2 by approximating the mobile phone 1 within a short distance range of the radio tag reader 2 in the store (a step S1). The tag reader 2 sequentially supplies and stores the received data to a server 3 in the same store (a step S2).
