<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that convenience is insufficient since a work of telephoning a call management system is required when a customer reserves a stores heretofore. <P>SOLUTION: When waiting for a turn at a certain store, a user reads data such as an e-mail address of a mobile phone 1 with a radio tag stored in a radio tag and transmits it to a radio tag reader 2 by approximating the mobile phone 1 within a short distance range of the radio tag reader 2 in the store (a step S1). The tag reader 2 sequentially supplies and stores the received data to a server 3 in the same store (a step S2). The server 3 stores mobile phones with radio tags arrived at the store in an arrival order of users who hold them, manages the present waiting order of turn, automatically transmits an e-mail with preset content to an e-mail address of the stored data of which the turn is approaching and transmits the e-mail to the mobile phone 1 with radio tag by radio via a base station 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
