<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a recording device capable of easily recording a program video and aprogram audio that are the desired portions specified by a user among broadcasted program video and program audio. <P>SOLUTION: When now-on-air information which indicates the contents of broadcasted signals being received is regularly obtained and a keyword is detected from the now-on-air information, the broadcasted signals are recorded. Thus, when the program video and the program audio being received as broadcasted signals are the program video and the program audio being desired by the user, the program video and the program audio are recorded.
