ACCESS CONTROLLER AND ACCESS CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow access control to be performed per scene of a content in consideration of semantic contents of a content.

SOLUTION: A content description where scenes indicating delimiters of the content, viewpoints showing contents of scenes, and degrees of congruence with viewpoints are described and an access control description where inhibition viewpoints for inhibiting access and an access control method are described are used to generate an access controlled content description meaning that access control using the access control method has been executed, for a scene having an inhibition viewpoint as a viewpoint out of scenes of the content description.
