The meter has a diaphragm (9A) separating an inlet suction eye (7) and an outlet suction eye (8), and assuring the guiding of a piston (11). The diaphragm is a fixed partition and has a face provided with a surface partially guiding the piston, where the thickness of the diaphragm is lower except at the surface. The surface is constituted of two transverse ribs regularly distributed along the height of the diaphragm.
