The device has a dome (1) open on its front side to introduce hands. A cotton bag with magnesia ball is fixed on a tray (3). An extracting motor (8) sucks magnesia dust and drives it into a baffle circuit (5) that intercepts fine dust and subjects them to turbulences. The circuit permits, by lamination effect, to reconstitute magnesia grains that are filtered and collected in a recuperator (7) for re-utilization. The motor generates a cool air flow in the dome which, by thermal impact, dries the hands.
