The invention relates to medicine and pharmacology, namely to the saline infusion solutions having a detoxifying effect and can be used for treating diseases and conditions associated with organism intoxications of varying severity. The task of the invention is to provide a novel balanced infusion solution having enhanced detoxicating activity, low toxicity and wide clinical application. The set task is solved by that the balanced infusion solution comprising sodium, potassium and magnesium chlorides, a solvent and a biologically active component, according to the invention as a biologically active component comprises sodium L-arginine succinate of formula Na[NH=C(NH)NH(CH)CH(NH)COOH][OOC(CH)COO]in the following component ratio, mass %: sodium chloride 0.540-0.600, magnesium chloride 0.015-0.030, potassium chloride 0.025-0.040, sodium L-arginine succinate 1.400-1.700, water for injections the rest. |
