A module panel mounting structure for opening and shutting a power trunk is provided to offer comfortability to back seat passengers by preventing the module panel from being vibrated due to the vibration of a drive motor. A module panel mounting structure for opening and shutting a power trunk comprises: a driving part panel(10) including a three-point fixing point and an ECU connection point(Sa,Sb) coupled in a car body; and an ECU fixing unit(30) having a one-point fixing point(S4). In the one-point fixing point, the bottom of an ECU(140) mounted to the driving part panel is coupled in the car body. The three-point fixing point of the driving part panel is composed of an upper one-point fixing unit(S1), and a front one-point fixing unit(S2) and a rear one-point fixing unit(S3). The front one-point fixing unit and the rear one-point fixing unit are fixed to the car body through the mounting bracket respectively.
