PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of a microlens array and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to clean the surface of a lens by forming the micro lens form or a curvature using the heat or pressure as the medium of the volume expansion. CONSTITUTION: A substrate with a penetration hole(224) of a uniform diameter is prepared. A molding frame(300) forms a space(222) in the lower part of the substrate into which the air is inputted. The substrate is fixed to the molding frame. A polymer layer is spread on the upper side of the substrate. A micro lens form is formed by pushing a polymer layer on the position to form a micro lens array through the penetration with the air on the lower side of the substrate.
