1. A removable pile cap, for use with a pile that is driven into the ground, the pile having a longitudinal axis, an outside surface, an outside diameter, a cross-section taken along a plane that is perpendicular to said longitudinal axis and an above-ground portion having an upper end, the removable pile cap comprising:
a top member; at least one pile member positionable between at least a first orientation and a second orientation; wherein, when the at least one pile member is in the first orientation, the at least one pile member is mountable over the pile's upper end; wherein, when the at least one pile member is in the second orientation, the at least one pile member maintains frictional engagement with at least part of the pile's above-ground portion; and wherein the top member and the at least one pile member are connected together serially. |
