The preferred hydrocarbon fuel is kerosene, part of which may be replaced with paraffin wax, polypropylene or polyethylene. Also cellulosic material, e.g. sawdust, and sugar, may be included. The matrix is urea-formaldehyde resin. Nitro compounds, nitrates, peracids, phosphates and peroxides are included to improve burning. |
