The members 10, 11, 26 are fixed together by a weld 27. Figs. 2, 2a, (not shown) illustrate the shape of the member 26 in greater detail. Figs. 3-7, (not shown), show embodiments in which the shapes of the annular member 26 and the abutting surfaces of members 10, 11 are different. |
