A reflective sheet (10), backlight module and display device are provided. The backlight module comprises a light guide panel (20), a backlight light source (30) and an optical film (40). The reflective sheet (10) comprises a bottom board (11), a side board (12) arranged at a surrounding edge of the bottom board (11) and a fixing board (13) arranged in parallel with the bottom board (11). The fixing board (13) is formed by bending and extending from an end region of the side board (12) away from the bottom board (11). The light guide panel (20) comprises a through track (21), a light emerging surface (22), and a light incident surface (23) located at an inner side of the through track (21). The bottom board (11), side board (12) and fixing board (13) enclose and form an accommodating container. The backlight light source (30) comprises a base board (31) and a light source (32) arranged thereon. The accommodating container is configured to accommodate the light guide panel (20), the backlight light source (30) and the optical film (40). The light guide panel (20) is installed on the base board (11). The light source (32) is located inside the through track (21) and opposite to the light incident surface. The optical film (40) is arranged on the light emerging surface (22). The fixing board (13) is configured to press edges of the base board (31) and the optical film (40).
