PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily access a plurality of electronic data whose authority is set to different users.SOLUTION: A management device 20 includes: an electronic data access part 67 for accessing a plurality of electronic data whose authority is owned by different users; and a management part 66 for managing task information including users who participate in a task, the access destination of a plurality of electronic data to be used for the task and a ticket for accessing each electronic data. The management device 20 is configured to, when succeeding in the authentication of access from the device which the user owning authority operates, give the ticket to the device, and to receive access using the ticket from the device afterwards. The electronic data access part 67 is configured to, when accessing any electronic data, read the corresponding ticket from the task information, and to access the electronic data by using the ticket, and to, when the corresponding ticket is not included in the task information, acquire the ticket of the electronic data by allowing the user to input authentication information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
