PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation apparatus capable of maintaining correspondence between map data of different types as possible even when an inconsistency is included between the map data in an updated state.SOLUTION: When a specific position P1 is specified in a first road network data M1, the navigation apparatus acquires a first link group identification data which includes a link in which a the specific position P1 is included. The navigation apparatus extracts a corresponding link group which is a link group indicated by a second link group identification data corresponding to the first link group identification data from a second road network data M2 to determine a position Q1 corresponding to the specific position P1 in the link which is included in corresponding link group. The navigation apparatus acquires a piece of second information from the second map data based on the corresponding position Q1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
