Protection ring for paint tin opening - has collar extending into tin and sleeve over outside of tin

After a paint tin has been partly used, the lid may be difficult to replace due to paint having been spilt around the edge or over the side of the tin so the ring is placed over the tin. The ring has a sleeve (1) and a collar which projects inside the tin opening. The collar (2) is in the form of a cone to ensure that it may be removed easily when the tin has to be sealed.
