<p>Suction canopy for cooking fumes comprises a chamber contg. a fan and having inlet and outlet openings. Air is drawn through a filter which is disposed beneath the chamber and which consists of walls which slope towards a central collector disposed beneath the outlet opening. At the bottom of the collector is a drain plug forming a sump, while its upper region is provided with slots at the level of the filter and fixer to the bottom of the chamber. The lower wall of the chamber, in the centre of which is provided the outlet opening, is in the form of an inverted dish of which the side walls comprise apertures.</p> |
