The copy production method comprises a device for the developed picture transfer from an intermediate to a final support, and a device for the picture fixing. A transport system is provided by which the intermediate support carrying the latent picture is gripped, passed through a xerographic toning station and brought in contact with a normal sheet of paper delivered from a store through a paper insertion unit and driving rollers to a guiding section passing in front of an electrostatic charging device. A device is provided for separation, carrying away and catching the used intermediate support, and a device for fixing the power picture on the final support, and a copy receiving tray.
