First control means measure the flow rate of the material and second control means determine the switching-off moment of the coarse flow-quantity depending on a comparison between actual and nominal values of the level of filling. The control moment is corrected in dependence on the conveyance rate of the material. The control means determine the switch-over moment from the coarse to the fine flow allocation and/or the switching-off moment for the fine flow allocation based on the flow rate measured shortly before reaching the control moment. The closing of the contacts sets the system in operation.
