Current monitoring circuit for single-phase bridge network - uses two AC converters to determine DC supplied by bridge

The non-symmetrical bridge network has two controlled rectifiers (1, 2) and two rectifying diodes (3, 4) with an AC source connected to the network input (5) and a resistive-inductive load (7) supplied from the output (6) of the bridge network. For determining the DC supplied by the bridge network, the AC flowing through the input wires is measured, using two AC converters (8, 9). One of the latter is connected in circuit with one of the input wires, while the connection wires (1a, 4a) of two rectifier paths (1b, 4b) are inserted through the window of the other current converter (9), with both rectified currents flowing in the same direction.
