Additional retaining means may be provided in the form of a pair of retaining wings 11 projecting sideways from the outer end of each tongue 5 (as shown), and/or a transversely projecting retaining flange (10) on the outer end of each tongue 5 engaging a shoulder (9) on the portion 8 (Fig. 7, not shown).
