The writing implement is constructed with a cylindrical outer jacket or sheath (1). A tubular intermediate section (8) is positioned inside the cylindrical sheath (1) which can be elastically deformed in its longitudinal direction and has a riffled jacket. The end section (7) of the tubular intermediate section (8) is connected to a small sack or bulb. This device can be axially slid and compressed, and as a result of this action it operates the movable system which carries the writing end of the pen.
