<p>The hydraulic removal appliance for concrete formwork consists of crosspieces hinged together in scissor formation, and joining the sides of the shuttering. Two control units(2) fixed to the inner sides of the shuttering, operate the pulley bars (4) connecting the scissor-type crosspieces to the control units. Each control unit (2) comprises a sliding carriage which moves along a slide piece under the action of a jack (5) mounted on a base crosspiece (7). A connecting bar(9) connects the crosspiece (7) of the control unit, and the crosspiece, and is adjustable. The carriage has runners which slide along the slide piece. Each slide piece has a stoppiece. The distance between the stop piece and the carriage is less than the distance the jack travels. At the bottom of each slide piece is a hole through which goes the axis of the base crosspiece.</p> |
