The device has roof plates, each integrated with a frame (3) and extending in a perpendicular plane at a transversal direction (T) till an upper edge that is arranged in recession of surface of movement. Each of a set of axes (61) extends parallel to the direction and crosses two adjacent plates. A moving unit has rollers mounted in the successive adjacent rows, where each roller is mounted in rotation on one of the axes.
