<p>Necked-down bolt ofr maxillar-orthopaedic applications has 2 screw bodies and a 2-ended threaded spindle whose 2 counter-helical screw thread sections are, each, screwed into 1 threaded bore of the screw bodies. At least 1 screw body has a recess which is open towards its threaded bore, in which there is a shim that presses radially against the screw thread section. The shim is made of a plastics, specifically a polyamide. Undesired retro-movement of the screw threaded spindle during its orthopaedic use is effectively prevented.</p> |
