In a solid agricultural chemical composition containing an unstable active ingredient, when a small amount of anhydrous calcium chloride, calcium chloride monohydrate or calcium chloride dihydrate is incorporated, the active ingredient can be highly stabilized. The quantity and physical properties, such as flowability, of the solid agricultural chemical composition are not at all degraded by incorporation of said stabilizer.
