FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, methods of self-regulation, exercise therapy and can be used for preventing and treating hypertensive disease, fatigue, removal of stress consequences,training patient with skills of psychophysical self-regulation. Following complexes of exercises are performed in series. At first - complex directed to synchronization of movements of lower and upper parts of body, where upper part of body includes neck, cervicothoracic junction, upper extremities, back area, breast, stomach, while lower part includes pelvis, lumbosacral transition, lower extremities. This complex comprises 2-8 exercises in form of squats at simultaneous rotation of arm in shoulder joint in frontal plane so, that extension of legs takes place during rising of hand and bending of legs is during lowering of hand, making rifts from heels to toes with simultaneous flywheels or rotations of hands in frontal, sagittal and/or horizontal planes, where each exercise is made for at least 1 min. That is followed by a complex of 2-5 exercises aiming at setting diaphragmatic and/or full breathing in patient. Each exercise is made from 3 to 5 minutes. Then complex of 3-8 exercises on development of coordination is made in standing and sitting positions including rotation of hands, in lying position - lifting and lowering of legs. Each exercise is made for at least 1 min. Then complex of 3-10 ideomotor exercises is made in form of three units. First block is making ideomotor movements in neck area joints, cervicothoracic junction and upper extremities, second one is ideomotor movements of muscles of back, chest, abdomen, third ons is ideomotor movements of pelvic area joints, lumbosacral transition, lower extremities. Each exercise of ideomotor exercises' complex is performed in amount, multiple to two, wherein equal number of times from different sides.
