Wave mode duplexer, for radar and artificial earth satellite radio, decouples the electric fundamental from the hollow waveguide connected to the base of the aerial. The magnetic fundamental is passed as a data-carrying wave by the hollow waveguide, and the electrical fundamental is brought out of the hollow waveguide for forming deviation data for automatic target follow-up of the direction of max. radiation of the aerial. To enable complete decoupling of the directional carrier wave from the signal wave of any desired polarisation to be realised, a first coaxial line is arranged in the central longitudinal axis of the main hollow waveguide. The inner conductor of the first coaxial line is continued as a capacitive, end-on, rod-shaped probe in the direction to the aerial.
|
