An installation according to the invention comprises a manufacturing shop (1) equipped with a self-propelled casting bench (7), a self-propelled demoulding bench (8) and a travelling crane (2). It comprises a storage area (4) for the elements, a ready-mix plant (9,10,11,12,13), a workshop for preparing the reinforcements (20) and a drying area (16), attached to the shop (1), in which a minimum temperature of 15 DEG is maintained all the year round. After being left for approximately 24 hours in the area (16), each mould is transferred to the bench (8), demoulded, returned to the area (16), transferred to the casting bench (7), filled with concrete and returned again to the area (16). An application is the mass production of reinforced concrete elements such as posts, beams and girders. <IMAGE>
