MAGNETIC DISTORTION ELASTIC WAVE TRANSDUCER

摘要

PURPOSE:To avoid the disturbance of the elastic wave occurring at the coil part by installing the dielectric possessing the inductive capacity between the conductor paths adjacent to the folding coil and then controlling the weighing ratio by the capacity of dielectric. CONSTITUTION:Folding coil 2 is formed to magnetic distortion elastic plate 1, and dielectric layer 3 composed of the dielectric is formed as if it covered over coil 2. Then equivalent capacity 5 is formed with the folded path of coil 2 and layer 3, and the weighing ratio is controlled by capacity 5. By the control of the weighing ratio, the matching state is varied at the necessary part within coil 2, and then the weighing of the desired characteristics is given. Thus the conversion loss is reduced to prevent the disturbance of the elastic wave.
