The wind-up roller has a release mechanism activated when a predetermined acceleration or deceleration is exceeded, a control lever activated by the release mechanism, a control disc with elastic yielding control teeth which couple with the control lever, and a locking mechanism activated by the control disc to block the control shaft. |
